List Missive Tasks

The List Missive Tasks action finds tasks and tasked conversations, follows additional result pages automatically, and returns them in Missive's order.

Configuration

Field	Description
Missive Connection	Select the Missive connection to use.
Organization	Optionally limit results to an organization. Supports text expressions.
Team	Optionally limit results to a team. Supports text expressions.
Assignee	Optionally limit results to one assigned user. Select a user by name and email, or unlock the field to enter a user ID or text expression. The available users follow the selected organization when present.
State	Choose Any, To do, In progress, or Closed. Defaults to Any. This field always keeps one selection, so choose Any instead of clearing it.
Type	Choose All, Tasks, or Tasked conversations. Defaults to All.
Conversation ID	Return only subtasks belonging to this conversation. Supports text expressions.
Due On or After (UTC)	Include tasks due at or after this time. Enter UTC ISO 8601, such as 2026-11-05T17:00:00Z. Supports text expressions.
Due On or Before (UTC)	Include tasks due at or before this time using the same UTC format. Supports text expressions.
Maximum Tasks	Return from 1 through 500 tasks. Defaults to 50.
Error Handling	Choose what happens if validation or a Missive request fails.

The action removes duplicate task IDs between pages. If Missive cannot provide a safe next page, the action returns the tasks already collected and records why pagination stopped.

The action returns an array of task objects.

state	string	todo, in_progress, or closed.
type	string	task or conversation.
conversation_id	string or null	Parent conversation ID.
due_at	string or null	Due date as a UTC ISO 8601 timestamp.
started_at	string or null	Start time as a UTC ISO 8601 timestamp.
closed_at	string or null	Close time as a UTC ISO 8601 timestamp.
last_activity_at	string or null	Last activity time. This is populated by List Missive Tasks.
assignees	array	Assignee objects with id, name, and email. List, Create, and Update return null names and emails when Missive provides only IDs.
team	object or null	Team object with id, name, and organization. List, Create, and Update return null details when Missive provides only the team ID.
