MSPintegrations is a platform of automation products for Managed Services Providers. Each product solves a different automation problem, and every product shares the same action library, variable model, and history tools.

Pick the product that matches what you want to automate:

Products​

Email Processing​

Turn inbound email into tickets, updates, and other automations. Branded as Email2AT for Autotask, Email2CW for ConnectWise, and Email2Halo for HaloPSA.

Use this when: a third party (customer, RMM tool, backup tool, monitoring system) sends email, and you want the email to drive work inside your PSA.

Scheduled Tasks​

Run automations on a recurring schedule with no triggering email or event.

Use this when: you want to periodically sync data, push updates, or run housekeeping against your PSA or other systems.

Forms​

Publish public-facing intake forms that trigger automation when someone submits them.

Use this when: you want customers or teammates without console access to submit structured data that kicks off a workflow.

Workflows​

React to changes inside your PSA in real time. Branded as Workflows for Autotask, Workflows for ConnectWise, and Workflows for HaloPSA.

Use this when: you want an action to fire whenever a ticket, asset, or other PSA record changes, without waiting for email or a schedule.

Email2AT Classic​

Legacy email processing for existing configurations. New installations should use Email Processing instead.

Building Blocks​

Every product shares the same authoring primitives:

  • Expression Builder: filter which emails, tasks, or events trigger each rule.
  • Variable Namespaces: input, custom, output, global, and meta across every product.
  • Macros: reusable units of automation you invoke from any product.

Connect to Your Tools​

  • Autotask: set up the API user, manage duplicate handling, attachment limits, impersonation, and more.
  • Microsoft 365: connect a Microsoft 365 account for Remote Mailboxes.
