Implementation Services Process

MSPintegrations is a tool that empowers you to build custom workflows that handle processes specific to their business needs. The MSPintegrations platform is powerful and customizable.

You may find it helpful to engage with MSPintegrations to configure and implement specific workflows in your MSPintegrations tenant.

This document will serve to provide an overview of the process we use when you request that the MSPintegrations team implement custom workflows or processes on your behalf.

Request for Engagement

You may be a brand new MSPintegrations customer who needs help getting started, or you may be a tenured user who wants help implementing a more complex workflow. In either case, the process documented here begins when you ask for help implementing a particular process or workflow within MSPintegrations.

Workflow Understanding

The MSPintegrations team will converse with you to understand your business use-case and the process and workflow you have in mind. If your workflow or process is triggered from an incoming email, we will likely ask you for examples of the email that were sent to MSPintegrations (by requesting a link to your MSPintegrations history.

Specifications Design

When the MSPintegrations team fully understands the desired workflow, we will create a specification document that details the workflow as we understand it. We will ask for your feedback, clarifications, changes, and (ultimately) your approval of this specification.

Proposal

Once you and we agree on the specification, we will turn the specification into a formal proposal. This proposal will include pricing, timeline, and a definition of deliverables.

Implementation

When you agree to the terms of the complete proposal, including pricing, timeline, and specifications, we will implement what we proposed according to the timeline articulated in the proposal.
