What is MSPintegrations

MSPintegrations is a B2B SaaS platform for Managed Services Providers. It is a set of automation products that connect inbound and scheduled events to your PSA (Autotask, ConnectWise, or HaloPSA) and other business systems.

What Every Product Has in Common

• Triggers: something kicks off a run. Triggers differ per product (an inbound email, a schedule tick, a form submission, a PSA event).
• Rules or Tasks: a named unit that groups one or more action steps.
• Action Steps: the ordered work the system performs when a rule or task runs. Steps are drawn from the shared Actions library.
• Variables: input, custom, output, global, and meta are available across products. See Variable Namespaces.
• History and Replay: every run is recorded. You can open the full execution log and replay the same trigger against the latest configuration.
