Add or Remove Users
You can easily invite other people to access your MSPintegrations account.
Add New Users
To invite someone to access your MSPintegrations account:
- At the top-right corner of the MSPintegratiosn console, click your name and then click Users
- In the Users pane, click [+] New
- Enter the email address of the person you would like to invite and click [+] Invite
The user will receive a welcome email in their inbox. They will need to click the link in the email and follow the prompts to setup their password and two-factor authentication.
Remove Users
When you remove someone from your MSPintegrations account, they will no longer have access to your MSPintegrations account. Their username and password will remain active, and they will continue to have access to any other MSPintegrations accounts they have access to.
To remove someone from your MSPintegrations account:
- At the top-right corner of the MSPintegratiosn console, click your name and then click Users
- In the Users pane, locate the user you would like to remove from your account.
- To the right of the user's name, click [+] New
- Enter the email address of the person you would like to invite and click Delete
