How to Sign Up
Welcome to MSPintegrations! To get started with our platform, you need to create an Autotask API Security Level and an API User, then securely submit your API credentials to us. Follow the steps below to complete the sign-up process:
Core Concepts
An automation is the work you configure to happen automatically. Email Processing, Scheduled Tasks, Forms, and PSA Workflows start that work from different triggers. Developer Toolkit and AI Toolkit add capabilities to your action steps; they do not add separate trigger types.
Exceptions and Retries
An exception means something unexpected happened while an automation was running. Most often that is a problem reaching or communicating with an outside system: your PSA, a webhook endpoint, an AI provider, or any other third-party API.
Create Your First Mailbox
Support emails need two different outcomes: a new request should create a ticket, while a reply should update the ticket that already exists. If every message creates a new ticket, your team spends time finding and merging duplicates.
