Email2AT Classic
Email2AT Classic is the legacy email processing product. It remains available for existing accounts that are still running on the classic configuration, but new installations should use Email Processing instead.
Who Sees Email2AT Classic
The Email2AT Classic product only appears under Apps when your subscription includes it. If your subscription does not include Email2AT Classic, the section is hidden.
If you are a new customer, use the current Email Processing module instead. There is nothing to migrate; your Hosted Mailboxes, Remote Mailboxes, Rules, and action steps already use the current system.
Differences from Email Processing
Email2AT Classic predates the current Email Processing module. It uses Addresses instead of Hosted Mailboxes, has a narrower action library, and keeps its own independent history.

Console Layout
Click Apps in the top bar, then click Email2AT Classic. Use the sidebar to open:
- Addresses: list, edit, and delete your classic addresses.
- Email History: review every email processed by the classic system.
